For payments, your card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure system (HyperPay). Your full card number is never sent to or stored on our servers.

• To contact you about your bookings (confirmations, changes, cancellations)
• To take payment for your bookings
• To keep our website secure and working correctly
• To meet our legal and operational obligations

• HyperPay — to process your payments securely
• Google Workspace — to send you booking-related emails
• Google Calendar — to schedule and manage your bookings
• Our hosting and database providers — to store your account and booking data securely
• Our error-monitoring service — configured so that it does not receive your personal data

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. How we protect your information

• Passwords are stored using strong one-way encryption — they cannot be read, even by us.
• Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.
• Access to your data is limited to what is needed to run our services.
• Connections to our website are secured (HTTPS).

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your account and booking information for as long as your account is active and as needed for our legitimate business and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.
