Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your use of the 24 Motorsports Arena website and your booking of our services. They are a summary of, and are governed by, our full legal and operational framework (Document L-01, “Integrated Motorsports Arena Management System”), issued by Khubara Al-Ta’deel Company, the operator of 24 Motorsports Arena. Where this summary and Document L-01 differ, Document L-01 prevails.

Part A — Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

“24 Motorsports Arena” is the trading name of the motorsport facility operated by Khubara Al-Ta’deel Company (the legal entity). By using this website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms and to Document L-01.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or let others use it.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, unless you have reported unauthorized access to us.
• We may verify your identity or information, and may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, provides false information, or misuses our services.

3. Bookings

• You can book through this website, in person, by email, or by phone.
• A booking is only confirmed once we accept and confirm it — submitting a request or making a payment does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
• Please review all booking details before confirming; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• We may decline a booking request for legitimate reasons, including safety requirements, capacity limits, incomplete requirements, or inaccurate information.
• We may adjust the time, place, or arrangements of a service where safety, operational conditions, or events beyond our control require it, and will notify you where possible.

4. Fees and payment

• All fees are set by 24 Motorsports and shown at the time of booking.
• Payment is made through the payment methods we offer. A booking is not held until the required payment is made, unless we agree otherwise.
• Prices may change over time, but confirmed bookings keep the price agreed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Our full Cancellation & Refund Policy is set out in Part B below and forms part of these Terms.

6. Track use, safety, and your responsibility

• Motorsport activity carries inherent risk. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct, your vehicle, and compliance with all instructions, safety rules, and staff directions.
• You must follow all technical inspection, safety, and track rules that apply to your activity.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your breach of instructions or regulations, unlawful use of the facilities, inaccurate or withheld information affecting safety, or the individual actions of participants or third parties — except where the law holds us responsible for our own fault or negligence.
• Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility that the law places on us.

7. Damage and compensation

You are responsible for direct loss or damage you cause to our facilities, assets, or property, and we may claim the cost of repair or replacement in accordance with the law.

8. Insurance

We may hold insurance covering our activities and facilities. The existence of any insurance does not remove your responsibility under the law, your contract, or these Terms. We may require you to hold valid insurance for certain activities.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and our policies. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

10. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by Document L-01 and the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Part B — Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to track sessions, events, and academy bookings equally.

1. If you cancel

• More than 24 hours before your session: full refund.
• 24 hours or less before your session: no refund.
• No-show: no refund.

2. Mechanical failure during your session

Once your booked window begins, keeping your car track-ready is your own responsibility. If your car breaks down within the first 30 minutes of your window, we may — at our discretion, and for a genuine mechanical failure — grant you credit equal to the time remaining in your window from the moment of the breakdown, to be used on a future booking. After the first 30 minutes, no refund or credit applies.

3. If we cancel

If we cancel a session for weather, maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons beyond your control, we will offer you a free rebooking, or a full refund if you prefer.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are normally issued as credit toward a future booking. If you prefer your money back, we can refund it to your original payment card or in cash.

5. Time limit

No refund may be claimed after the period set by our policy in effect at the time of booking, unless the claim relates to our own error or a right granted to you by law.
